Rescheduling & Refunds
How cancellations and refunds work on Roadmark
In plain English
Give 24+ hours notice and there's no charge. Less notice may cost you. Your instructor sets the rules — when in doubt, message them.
Rescheduling
Either party can request to reschedule a lesson:
- Your instructor proposes a new time — you can accept or decline
- You can request a reschedule through your lesson details
- More than 24 hours notice — no charge
- Less than 24 hours notice — instructor's discretion
Cancellations
Cancellation policies vary by instructor, but generally:
- More than 24 hours: Full refund (if paid)
- Less than 24 hours: May be charged in full
- No-show: Full charge applies
Always communicate with your instructor if you need to cancel.
Refunds
If you've paid and are eligible for a refund:
- Cash payments: Arranged directly with instructor
- Bank transfer: Refunded to your bank account
Contact support if you have issues with a refund.
Instructor Cancellations
If your instructor cancels:
- You'll receive a full refund if you've paid
- You'll be notified immediately
- You can rebook for another time
